Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Toonyug Animation, we strive to provide high-quality digital assets and services. Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, we maintain a clear policy to ensure fairness for both the studio and our creators.
1. Digital Products (Rigs, Assets, Audio)
Standard Rule: Due to the nature of digital downloads (FLA, PSD, Rig files), all sales are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded from your dashboard, we generally do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, preview videos, and compatibility requirements carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Technical Defects & Replacements
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a technical defect in a purchased rig or file, our support team will assist you with:
- Providing a fixed version or a working replacement of the same asset.
- Assistance via our Botpress AI or human support for software compatibility issues.
- In rare cases where a technical issue cannot be resolved by our team, a credit note or alternative solution may be provided at the studio's discretion.
3. Animation Courses & Custom Services
- Recorded Courses: Similar to digital assets, no refunds are provided once access to the course dashboard is granted.
- Custom Character Design: Cancellations for custom projects are only accepted before the design work begins. Once the "Storyboarding" or "Rigging" phase starts, payments become non-refundable.
- Voice Artist Services: Payments for voice recordings are non-refundable once the artist has completed the recording session.
4. Duplicate Transactions
If you accidentally purchase the same asset twice, please contact us within 24 hours with your Order IDs. We will verify the transaction and issue a refund or studio credit for the duplicate amount.
