Exclusively held by Harsh Kumar and authorized Toonyug administrators.
✅ Exclusive Rights:
- Full IP Control: Complete legal ownership of all source files (FLA, PSD, Audio).
- Distribution Rights: Only the Owner can authorize sub-licensing and resale.
- Legal Enforcement: Right to issue takedowns for copyright violations.
🚫 Prohibited Usage (Applies to ALL)
Reselling or Redistributing:
Selling, sharing, or giving away original source files (PSD, FLA, Audio) is illegal.
Print-on-Demand:
Cannot use art to sell merchandise (T-shirts, Mugs) where the main value is the asset.
Claiming Ownership:
Cannot claim you created the original rigged character. Copyright remains with Toonyug.
