TYPMS: Terms of Engagement
The Toonyug Partner Management System is a futuristic vision by Harsh Kumar to empower creators once our library reaches 2,000+ premium assets.
1. Program Objective
TYPMS is designed to provide a "Launchpad" for talented animators. We provide the audience (Channels) and the tools (Characters), and you provide the creativity.
2. Revenue & IP Structure (Proposed)
- Profit Sharing: A proposed 70/30 split (70% to the Creator) will be implemented upon program launch.
- Ownership: All channels and characters remain the exclusive intellectual property of Harsh Kumar and Toonyug Animation.
- Usage: Assets provided under TPMS are strictly for use on authorized Toonyug-managed channels only.
3. Selection & Eligibility
Partners will be selected based on their proficiency in Adobe Animate CC and Premiere Pro. Final rules regarding eligibility, selection tests, and training will be announced once our asset milestone is achieved.
4. Ethical Conduct
Any attempt to resell source files (FLA/PSD) or use Toonyug assets on unauthorized personal channels during the partnership will result in permanent blacklisting and legal action.
