🤝 Partnership Rules & IP Protection
1. Channel Ownership: All channels remain the legal property of Toonyug Animation. Partners are granted "Manager" access only.
2. Character Rights: Characters and rigs remain the intellectual property of Harsh Kumar. Usage is strictly limited to authorized Toonyug channels.
3. Content Quality: Partners must maintain studio-grade quality using Adobe Animate CC and Premiere Pro.
4. No Redistribution: Sharing Toonyug source files (FLA/PSD) with third parties will lead to immediate termination.
5. Payment Cycle: Revenue will be distributed within 7 days of payment release from platforms (YouTube/Facebook).
